I stopped by the Cozy Cone Motel down in Radiator Springs and noticed it looking a little sinister. While checking in I found out Norman Bates was staying for the weekend. I was having none of that. I marched right over to his room and kicked his mama boys rear right out of there. Now it's gonna take a week to get the sinister out of this place.

Driving Along In My Automobile
I love driving through the California desert. The vast openness surrounded by mountains off in the far distance. The unique plant and animal life. The miles and miles of barbed wire fence along the highway.
Huh? Why would there be barbed wire fence along the highway? Of course I had to find out.
I skidded my car to a stop on the side of a lonely stretch of road. Hopped out, climbed the barbed wire fence, ripped my pants, fell on the other side, got up and some desert squirrel showed up out of nowhere and slapped me then disappeared. I decided to try further down the road.
I am came to another lonely stretch of road, skidded to a stop, climbed the barbed wire fence, ripped my shirt, fell on a cactus on the otherside, got up and a roadrunner showed up out of nowhere and slapped the crud out of me then disappeared. I decided to try something different.
I drove further down the lonely stretch of road, skidded to a stop, hopped out, chucked my friend over the barbed wire fence and waited. Nothing. I decided it was safe. So I climbed the barbed wire fence, snagged my shoe, fell and there I was hanging upside down by my shoe, next to my friend when a coyote popped out of nowhere and slapped the poo out of me and disappeared.
So apparently California has spent millions of dollars to put up barbed wire fence along the highways to keep the wild life from slapping me silly.

Whoooo Are You?
I walked out to my garden one morning to find most of my plants stripped down bare to just stems. Mad as all be, I searched for the culprit who did this.
On a plant in a pot on a bench I found him, smoking from some contraption I later learned was a Hookah Pipe. Did you eat my plants I asked him. He looked down, closed his eyes and shook his head. Silly man he says to me, do what? I stared at him and gestured around me, Eat My Plants, I asked him. Again, he looked down, closed his eyes and shook his head. He then looks up, blows smoke at me and says, I am only three inches tall, how could I eat all these plants?
I could feel the two brain cells in my head working overtime. He's right, if he ate this much, he would be atleast FOUR inches tall. I looked down at him once more, Then who ATE all my plants, I asked him. Once again, he looked down, closed his eyes and shook his head before answering me, No one.
I started to give him an earfull, my lips flapping, hands and arms flying all about as I went on about my plants when I noticed the little runt wasn't even listening to me. He was too busy shoving leaves into his stupid little Hookah Pipe. It was at that point I knew I would never find out who ate my plants.

Burt! Stop Staring At Mary Poppins And Look Over Here!
I was trying to get a good shot of Burt during the Mickey's Soundsational Parade but Mary Poppins kept getting in the way. So I ran out and popped the tire on her Merry-Go-Round Horse.
With Mary Poppins out of the way, I aimed my camera, focused and got ready for the shot. Burt, Burt, Burt, Burt. I kept calling him but he wouldn't turn around. Briefly he turned and faced me. I snapped the shot but was too late, I got the back of his head. Burt, Burt, Burt, Burt. That man would NOT look me way. He just kept staring at Mary Poppins spread out on the ground, bloomers up over her head from the accident that happened when she lost control of her Merry-Go-Round Horse after it got a flat tire.
Burt, Burt, Burt, Burt. Still nothing. So I snuck up a few inches behind him, airmed my camera, blasted an air horn next to his head and took about 30 pictures when he turned around. None of those shots came out appropriate for Flickr so here is the shot of the back of his head.

Tractor Xing At Mater's Junkyard
I nailed this sign up on a telephone pole and opened up the gates to Mater's Junkyard Jamboree to let all the tractors free. They just stood there like a bunch of tractors in a field. So I pointed behind them and yelled, 'Look! A Mercury Cougar!!'
That did the trick. They ran out the gate and Route 66 in Radiator Springs had it's first Stampede! It was AWESOME!
As I stood there admiring my work, I heard the familiar tapping of a foot from behind me. Yep, Disney Police. Yep, over the fence and on my rear I went. Apparently they never wanted to have a first stampede down Route 66. Who knew.
